Leaves of Absence are reviewed and approved or denied by your college. Requesting an extension of a Leave of Absence does not guarantee that it will be approved.

New Form Required

Extending your Leave of Absence or requesting a withdrawal from your program requires a new form with the Office of the Registrar. One will be initiated for you shortly via DocuSign and emailed to your rush.edu email account. Please be sure to flag the docusign.net domain as safe in your email inbox.
